Haiti Earthquake Relief: How You Can Help

 

On January 12th, 2010, a magnitude-7.0 earthquake struck 10 miles southwest of Port-au-Prince, causing widespread destruction to the city and surrounding areas, including residential, hospital, and government buildings. The International Federation of the Red Cross estimates the disaster has affected an estimated 3 million people and while there are no official figures, media are reporting that thousands are feared dead with extensive damages.

If you would like to get involved in relief efforts, we encourage you to support organizations that are actively working in affected areas in Haiti.
