Kathleen Walsh is the deputy director of Strategy, Planning & Management for the Global Delivery Programs. Before joining Global Delivery, Kathleen served as deputy director in charge of strategy and country operations in the China Country Office and interim director and chief of staff to Chris Elias, president of the Global Development Division.
Before joining the foundation in 2007, Kathleen spent 15 years in software development and management, two of them living in Utrecht, the Netherlands. She holds a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and an M.A. in information science from the University of Washington.
Kathleen serves on the board of the Washington State China Relations Council.
