Purpose
to examine early pre and post-natal development and associated changes in energy metabolism, body composition, nutrition, microbioata and genetics, to help clarify the early developmental influences that best predict cognitive outcomes, and lay the foundation for further studies examining additional stimuli (e.g., learning, toxin exposure, etc.) as well as potential therapeutic strategies
