With extensive experience in international affairs, strategic consulting, and development finance— including senior roles at France’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and major consulting firms—Zahira El Marzouki brings deep expertise in navigating complex geopolitical landscapes and forging impactful collaborations.
Zahira El Marzouki serves on the board of Education For Employment, a leading nonprofit dedicated to creating economic opportunities for youth across the Middle East and North Africa. She is the author of Philanthropy in Evolution: The Foundation Sector in the State of Kuwait (Harvard Kennedy School). Fluent in French, English, Arabic, and Spanish, Zahira El Marzouki holds a master’s degree in international affairs from Sorbonne University.
