Deputy Director, Gender Equality

Caitlin is a Deputy Director leading the champion and external engagement strategy for the Adolescent and Youth Learning Agenda. This includes developing insights and platforms that engage leaders to improve outcomes for adolescents and working with funding and implementing partners to shape adolescent programming. Her previous roles at the foundation include lead for Melinda’s advocacy, and as a program officer on the global advocacy team, focused on family planning, youth and adolescents. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and a Master's in Public Health from Columbia University.
