to provide global civil society coordination on advocacy for Global Fund resource mobilization through the Global Fund Advocates Network (GFAN), including developing joint advocacy campaigns that can be used at the national level by country-level advocates, and provide flexibility to be responsive to additional country-specific advocacy needs leading up to the Replenishment in 2016
