Purpose
To better understand the mechanisms linking maternal nutrition and child health, we propose to establish a multidisciplinary team of experts to develop a new highly relevant and translational nonhuman primate (NHP) model in which to systematically dissect the complex physiological and behavioral outcomes in offspring associated with maternal malnutrition.
