to support the development of and implementation of a Global and East African Access to Seeds Index, which are biennial rankings, measuring the performance of the world’s and regional leading seed companies with respect to their efforts enhancing the degree by which smallholder farmers benefit from their knowledge, technologies, varieties and seed.
