Sylvia Lin leads the foundation’s product introduction and market access efforts for innovations that can improve the health and agency of women and girls. These include new contraceptives, diagnostic devices, and tools for preventing and treating diseases that primarily affect women.
Before joining the foundation, Sylvia worked in the pharmaceutical and consumer health sector for more than 15 years, taking on strategy, business development, and commercial roles throughout Latin America and Europe. She successfully launched specialty products, generic drugs, and vaccines.
Sylvia has a B.A. in human biology and political science from Stanford University and an MPH from Columbia University.
