Cara Bradley leads a team that works with philanthropists to increase the impact of their giving. In addition to leading the Giving Pledge, she oversees the foundation’s work in the wider philanthropic ecosystem to increase giving and improve outcomes across a range of social causes.

Before joining the foundation in 2023, Cara was the chief development officer at PATH, an international nonprofit that works to accelerate global health equity. Earlier, she was head of fundraising at the International Rescue Committee, based in the United Kingdom, and she has held a variety of roles focused on philanthropy and strategic partnerships at UNICEF UK, WaterAid, and Seeds for Africa.

Cara has a bachelor’s degree in English and American literature from the University of Kent.
