Goalkeepers 2022

After a two-year hiatus, the Goalkeepers event returns to the stage for the fourth time on September 20 and 21 in New York City. This year marks a critical halfway mark for the 17 Global Goals to continue their purpose of making the world a better place for all.


The main Goalkeepers event will stream live at 8:30 a.m. EST on September 21.

2022 Global Goalkeeper Award Winner

The 2022 Global Goalkeeper Award winner, Ursula von der Leyen, is a strong champion of global health who is working to accelerate the end of COVID-19 by advocating for vaccine development and worldwide access and distribution. As European Commission president, she is instrumental in bringing leaders together to discuss pandemic preparedness.
