Lisa Alvarez-Calderón works closely with the foundation’s leadership to build organization capability and a high integrity culture to accelerate the foundation’s impact. Her extensive human resources experience includes working in multinational companies and academia to drive change, shape global organizations, develop talent, and build inclusive cultures.
Before joining the foundation, Lisa served as academic director for the University of Chile´s Center for Organizational Engineering. She has worked across the world in multiple industries as a human resources leader and business partner, translating business strategy into people and culture strategies – delivering human resources solutions to build organization capability and sustainable value.
Lisa received a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and earned a Master's in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
