Tim Johnson, director, Human Resources, and chief of staff, serves as an extension of the chief human resources officer in the development, execution, and communication of an integrated portfolio focused on culture, talent and leadership, and organizational alignment, that enables employees to deliver on the bold aspirations of the world’s largest philanthropy. He also oversees the people analytics team for the foundation.
Tim joined the foundation in 2011 following 15 years of working in a variety of program management and leadership roles in strategic planning, operational management, performance measurement, system development, and implementation for Fortune 500 organizations in the Pacific Northwest.
Tim received a B.S. in Accounting from Central Washington University, and holds certifications in Change Management, ITIL, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
