Emily Parker is director, Office of the CEO, and chief of staff. She serves as the primary strategic advisor to the foundation’s CEO, helping develop and drive implementation of the CEO’s goals, activities, and long-range plans focused on organizational effectiveness and strategic impact.
Emily joined the foundation in 2006 as a program officer for U.S. Libraries. She also served as deputy director for Leadership Information, Executive Office; interim deputy director for Strategy, Planning, and Management for the Agricultural Development team; and director, Executive Engagement, Global Communications and Engagement.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Emily Parker served in philanthropic, non-profit, and strategy consulting roles including at the Washington Women’s Foundation and The Boston Consulting Group.
Emily graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors and distinction from Stanford with a BA in Human Biology. She holds an MBA from Stanford Business School.
