Our foundation has a deep commitment to improving the lives of children and families in Washington state. We believe that young people become healthy, productive adults if they are successful in school, and that requires both great schools and strong families.
Here in Washington state we are working to: 1) Ensure a quality education for all students 2) Strengthen vulnerable families, especially homeless families in the Puget Sound area, and 3) Empower local communities to help them solve challenges in their own regions.
