This School Works for Me: A Guide for Data Analysts

This guide synthesizes lessons learned from some of the nation’s largest school districts about critical analytics that can be useful in making decisions about school improvement. 

Data analysts will find descriptions of data needed, as well as the analyses required to identify students at-risk of dropping out, determine how schools compare in meeting the needs of their students, and calculate the cost of various school and program options.
