BiblioRedes: Helping People in Rural Chile Get Online

This profile of BiblioRedes details their project to help poor and isolated communities in Chile connect to the Internet. Librarians recount how, before BiblioRedes, only 32 percent of Chilean households had computers; now BiblioRedes supports a network of 378 public libraries with Internet access and has trained a quarter of a million Chileans in digital literacy.
