Lutheran World Relief to Expand Relief Work in Philippines Following Destructive Typhoons

BALTIMORE -- The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation provided Lutheran World Relief with a $400,000 grant to support ongoing relief work in the Philippines after a series of devastating typhoons caused flooding, displacement, and massive destruction.
