Bill Gates Discusses the Innovation and Payoff Behind Eradicating Smallpox, and the Role the U.S. Played in Delivering the Vaccine
Bill Gates talks about the incredible payoffs that U.S. investments have had in purchasing and delivering vaccines. One example of this payoff was the eradication of smallpox. He explains how spending $130 million over ten years resulted in a saving of $17 billion.
