Kellie Sloan, Director of Operations for the
Global Development Program, works closely with the Global Development president and leadership team on strategic and operational planning and organizational development, including how we work with staff and grantees to advance the foundation’s guiding principles. She sets and manages operational priorities to support the program strategies, collaborating with Finance, Impact Planning and Improvement, Legal, Information Technology, and Human Resources groups. She also oversees the program’s grants management team.
Prior to joining the foundation, Kellie was the Vice President of the International division of Starbucks Coffee Company leading the human resources function for Europe, Middle East, Africa, South America, Canada, and Asia. Prior to this, Kellie lead operations and held key HR roles with various technology and consulting firms. Kellie studied Human Services at University of Texas and University of Central Florida.
