The African Farm Radio Research Initiative

A radio presenter at Radio Ada in Ada, Ghana, talks with farmers over during her weekly broadcast. Radio Ada is one of four stations taking part in a unique project that explores the use of radio programs to provide rural farmers with agriculture information and education.

The project is called African Farm Radio Research Initiative (AFRRI) and was launched in 2007 by Farm Radio International, with support from the foundation.
