Andrea (Andy) Voytko, chief of staff for the executive office, provides critical senior staff support to the CEO and executive team, ensuring focus on key strategic priorities. She oversees executive office coordination of program strategies and grantmaking, cross-organizational processes, and communication with foundation trustees. Voytko also serves as a foundation ambassador on behalf of the CEO.
Prior to joining the foundation in 2006, Voytko served for 18 years in various roles with Group Health Cooperative. Most recently, she was the executive director of organizational strategic planning, leading the development of long-term strategy, short-term business planning, project implementation, and performance measurement. Voytko also served as the chief of staff for Cheryl Scott, past president and CEO of Group Health, and was a key partner and advisor in the areas of strategic planning, organizational design and structure, leadership team effectiveness, and communications.
Voytko received a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree in health administration and planning from the University of New Hampshire. She volunteers with Seattle Public Schools and serves as a mentor in the University of Washington Master of Health Administration Program.
