Thrive by Five: The Washington Early Learning Fund

Thrive by Five Washington is a public-private partnership (165 KB PDF) of businesses, foundations, and government that is dedicated to improving the quality of early learning throughout Washington state. The partnership was founded in 2006.

Thrive by Five Washington is working to complement existing efforts to enhance parent education and to support childcare, preschool, and other learning environments. The partnership also serves as a new funding mechanism to pool public and private resources for targeted, outcome-oriented strategies for quality early learning.
