Poland's Library Development Program Aims to Increase Access to Computers, the Internet and Training - Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

The inauguration of the Library Development Program took place on 23rd April 2009 at Warsaw's National Library. Those taking part in the ceremony included Minister Michał Boni, member of the Council of Ministers, Piotr Żuchowski, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, and Witold Drożdż, Under-Secretary of State at the Ministry of Interior and Administration. A letter to the participants from Sejm Speaker Bronisław Komorowski was read out by MP Michał Szczerba.
