Project: Three six-story office buildings (Phase 1 includes two buildings currently under construction. Phase 2 is the addition of the third building.)

Move-in: Spring 2011 (Phase 1)
Square footage: 900,000 square feet (Phase 1). Phase 2 will add an additional 400,000 square feet.

Parking: 700 spaces (300 spaces leased from the Seattle Center 5th Ave N Garage; 400 spaces under the campus proper)
Design features
The foundation is seeking LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certification for the new campus.
Sustainable features include:
- Over half an acre of green roofs
- Water conservation features enabling the foundation to recycle up to 1.2 million gallons of water annually for non-potable uses
- Use of local and recycled construction materials
- An overall energy consumption level 25 percent lower than code requirements
Additional new campus features include:
- A convening center for foundation-sponsored gatherings of advocates and experts locally and from around the world
- Inspirational design based on a vision that reflects the foundation's mission and values
- Artwork along Fifth Avenue
Visitor center features
The new campus will include an 11,000-square-foot interpretive visitor center. The center, which will open to the public, will:
- Highlight the work of foundation grantees
- Tell compelling stories through interactive exhibits
- Provide resources that help people connect to causes they care about
